    1. Hey Indu! It’s a pleasure to meet you too. Thanks for stopping by and joining the Eat2Health community. That’s great! It’s so nice to see more people taking an interest in their health and making more informed decisions about it. Your recipes look delicious and we really enjoyed your Parippu vada post. We don’t know a lot about Kerala (or their individual food style), so it will be really interesting to peruse your site and find out more about it and you! As lovers of Asian food, we’re sure there will be many exciting times ahead. 🙂

You seem to have the idea; your recipes are so colourful and healthy! Where do you get all your inspiration from? Your kiwi-banana dressing and peach sauce sound delicious! 1. Hi Mladen & Milica! Thanks for stopping by our blog and for your lovely and supportive comments. 🙂 It was our pleasure; it’s great to find other people that also enjoy inspiring others to create healthy, nutritious and vibrant recipes. Yes, we’re aiming for healthy and tasty too; we tend to sway towards savoury over sweet! Although are recipes are vegan, we hope everyone will strive to Eat2Health, whatever their dietary regime. We’re glad that you guys liked our recipes, and hopefully you will enjoy some of them too! Have a great weekend. 🙂

    1. Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to stop by our blog today. We think it’s great that you have found a dietary regime that works for you! Here at Eat2Health we can appreciate that one type of diet is not sustainable for everyone, and whatever the regime that people choose to follow, it should allow them to strive for a healthier lifestyle. Everyone should be encouraged to eat a healthy and varied diet, while keeping realistic views about food and weight loss (so no fad diets!). We feel that there are too many obscure and bespoke diets (in addition to ‘super foods’) that are being endorsed, all of which can really confuse our basic understanding of what it takes for us to lead a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Have a great weekend! 🙂

    1. Hi More Than A Dash Of Salt! Thanks for your lovely comments and stopping by our blog. Yes we prefer savoury foods over sweet, and roasted pumpkin seeds sounds delicious; we would use less salt, but can appreciate your individual situation! …Which brings us back to our ethos! We’re glad that you enjoyed the concept and the layout of our blog! We try to encourage people to use more herbs and spices and reduce their salt and sugar intakes (as most of the general public would benefit from this!). Everyone should try to Eat2Health; unfortunately some medical conditions can carve out slightly different pathways, but essentially we should all strive to live healthier lives. 🙂

    1. Hi Brugesvegan. Greetings from a cloudy UK! Thanks for the comment. Whilst we are vegans, we use the blog to provide healthy lifestyle & eating advice in every way, not just as vegans; we still like to promote veganism as a sustainable and beneficial lifestyle through articles and recipes. Our website/venture (which is still in the making) will provide access to all types of evidence-based advice and support for healthy eating, weight loss and general well-being- as we can appreciate that not everyone will share our views and lifestyle choices. Have a fantastic weekend and thanks for stopping by our blog 🙂
