  1. I remember feeling like Mary Poppins carrying my umbrella around all the time! haha This meal looks so perfect for a cold winter day in London–or a cold winter day anywhere for that matter. Its quite cold in Colorado today. I may have to indulge in making this for our family too 🙂 Thank you for the recipe!

    1. Haha! Yes, we’ve had too many broken umbrella’s to care thinking about! Thanks Reanna, it sure is! It also makes a nice change from winter soups, stews, curries and tagine! You could easily replace the tofu with chicken or lean beef if you guys are not a fan of tofu. Let us know how you get on if you do decide to try it! 🙂
